Team Marila participated in Simpson Stride for a Cure on Sunday, April 19, 2009. The event included 254 participants and raised over $64,000.

She is preparing a presentation that will be showcased before the game. The announcer will discuss pancreatic cancer while pictures of surviviors and loved ones are presented on the big screen. Additional Info:	PurpleStride Orange County - Make a Move for the Cure Join the Orange County Affiliate for a bike ride, 10K run and 5K walk through a beautiful state park! Registration is $45 for cyclists, $35 for runners, $25 for walkers and $10 for children under 13. Registration fees include an event T-shirt, continental breakfast, boxed lunch and onsite parking.
